Loco Moco at Wailana Coffee House
In doing my Hawaiian food research, one plate kept coming up again and again. That plate is Loco Moco. It's white rice, a hamburger pattie, an egg, and gravy. That sounds sketchy, I know, but I'm adventurous so I tried it. I probably would not eat it again but I'm glad I gave it a shot.
