Matsumoto Shave Ice in Oahu
Shave Ice at Matsumoto. Get it with the ice cream! We heard it was the best shave ice on Oahu and it was great but I have nothing to compare it to. It's like a really good snow cone with ice cream. How could you mess that up?!
